Cabinet Maker Custom Woodworking (Full-Time, Baldwin Park)

B&J Custom Cabinets is hiring a full-time Cabinet Maker to join our pride-driven, collaborative team in Baldwin Park, CA.

Were a family-owned shop building high-end, custom cabinetry for Southern California homes since 1947. You wont be stuck in an assembly-line shop here, craftsmanship still matters. We work with U.S.-sourced materials to build kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, and specialty pieces that elevate the homes they go into.

Responsibilities Include:

Build and assemble high-end custom cabinets from start to finish

Read and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and shop drawings

Operate woodworking equipment (table saws, edge banders, routers, etc.)

Perform detailed sanding, fitting, and finishing

Collaborate with designers and installers to meet project specs

What Were Looking For:

A-players with 3+ years of cabinet making or woodworking experience

Strong understanding of materials and joinery techniques

Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work

Able to work independently and as part of a team

People who want to be a part of something big (impact not size)

Preferred But Not Required:

C-6 license or journeyman-level experience

Experience with high-end residential projects

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
