Job Description
LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
Candidates must be proficient in performing all tasks of landscape installation and construction with safe and effective leadership, supervision, and training. Knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape installation, including:
Carpentry: execute journeyman level carpentry of decks, fences, arbors, etc. Concrete forming of slabs, walls, etc.
Masonry: perform skilled masonry work including sand-set and slab-set tile and stone, veneer, and various stone walls. Finish work a plus.
Grading and Drainage: work with project manager on layout, set grades and elevations; install site and hardscape drainage.
Site Management: manage small crew (including laborers, and skilled labor); manage tools, equipment, and materials. Provide exceptional customer service and interaction with clients and professionals.
Requirements:
Can implement most efficient way of building a project.
Excellent time management & communication skills.
Carpentry journeyman.
Read and understand site plans and details.
Punctual & reliable.
Able to speak and read in English; and communicate in basic Spanish.
Truck and tools.
Career path orientated, long-term team member.
