Job Description
The demolition laborer's responsibilities include protecting flooring/furniture, loading and unloading debris and waste onto and off trucks, dismantling bathroom and kitchen fixtures, removing flooring, breaking concrete, using power tools, supervising valuable materials for reuse. Drive a small dump truck to job sites and dump.
At this small local family owned business you get stronger ties to the community and the ability to be part of a close-working team.
This is a part time position that will grow into a full time position as business ramps up.
Applicant must have experience in construction and live within 15 miles of Thousand Oaks.
Bilingual is a plus.
