- The person selected will work in the Citys Engineering Division and will manage and help deliver public infrastructure projects from project planning through construction.
- Work will include managing consultant and construction contracts. This position will involve some time in the field observing construction.
- This position may work on a variety of projects but the primary focus will be on the citys water system. The City has a robust capital improvement program for the water system with many projects including a long-term waterline replacement program, reservoir and pump station upgrades, aquifer storage and recovery system expansion, and other projects to support a growing service area.

- Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in civil engineering or a related engineering field; and
- Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in project management and professional engineering and infrastructure planning, design, plan review, permitting, and project administration experience.
