Note: The hourly rate for this position is $21 - $26 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
• Work with metal and wood framing
• Use hand or electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework
• Read and understand blueprints and drawings
• Be confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work

Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure, may have to lift up to 50+ lbs
• Use of power drills and tools, self motivator, work part of a team
• Minimum 3 years verifiable experience for anything higher than a helper
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field required
• Position may require a drug screen
