• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary:

A local trash and waste management company is seeking a dependable General Laborer for a full-time summer position, with the potential to transition into a long-term role. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps our community clean, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general site and route clean-up, including litter collection and debris removal
• Act as a spotter for trucks and heavy equipment during backing and maneuvering
• Support utility crews with maintenance tasks and waste handling operations
• Operate small equipment such as a skid steer (experience preferred)
• Ensure all work is completed in a safe and timely manner
• Follow all company and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in general labor or waste management preferred
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and physically demanding conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Experience operating a skid steer or willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
