What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage crews to ensure efficient and high-quality roofing installations
• Work closely with the Superintendent to plan and execute roofing projects
• Participate in the installation of commercial flat roofing systems, including EPDM, PVC, and TPO,
• Troubleshoot challenges that arise during installations and find effective solutions
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and efficiency
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader in commercial roofing
• Proficiency in flat roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, and TPO,)
• A strong desire to lead, problem-solve, and deliver top-quality results
• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license
