Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Job Type: Short-Term / Project-Based (Approx. 1 Week)

Compensation: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring Sheet Metal Technicians to assist with ductwork installation on a short-term project in Tuscaloosa, AL. This assignment is expected to last about one week, and we're looking for experienced tradespeople who can jump in and support the team immediately.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the installation of HVAC sheet metal ductwork

• Measure, cut, and fit duct sections using hand and power tools

• Support lead mechanics and follow job site instructions

• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness

• Ensure work meets project quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with sheet metal duct systems

• Must bring appropriate hand tools and wear full PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, vest, boots)

• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team

• Reliable transportation and immediate availability
