Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is urgently hiring skilled Concrete Finishers in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must have experience specifically in forming and finishing ADA-compliant handicap ramps. This is an immediate opportunity for experienced tradespeople ready to contribute to a high-quality crew.

Job Duties:

• Form, pour, and finish concrete surfaces, with a focus on handicap ramps

• Ensure proper slope, smooth finish, and code compliance for ADA standards

• Use hand tools and finishing equipment to achieve desired surface textures

• Work alongside a crew and follow direction from foremen

• Maintain a clean and safe work site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher, specifically with handicap ramp construction

• Must bring finishing tools and wear full PPE (hard hat, gloves, vest, safety glasses, boots)

• Ability to work independently and with a team under tight timelines

• Reliable transportation and immediate availability
