Your work environment at EXP
In this role, candidate will be a part of the transportation team based in Miami, FL. The candidate will serve as a full-time PMA/Contract Support Specialist, working on-site at the Agency's office as part of a staff augmentation arrangement. Responsibilities will include carrying out a variety of administrative activities as assigned by the Contract Administrator.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Processing work assignment request.
- Creating/Processing Purchase Orders.
- Reviewing/Processing Invoices.
- Reviewing scope of services and related fee proposals.
- Preparing work orders.
- Developing revised procedure and policy recommendations for the department, and maintaining contact with management and supervisory personnel within or outside the agency.
- Updating various spreadsheets, databases, and electronic filing of documents.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Meeting with Project Managers to obtain concurrence on budget figures.
- Meeting with Project Managers and Budget to resolve discrepancies with Chartifeld values in work orders and purchase orders.
- Obtaining the contractually committed project costs as contracts and change orders are awarded.
- Conducting work order close-out procedures.
- Coordinating with the Scheduler.

- Data Analysis: Analyze project data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Support: Provide administrative support such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Plan Project Budgets: Support Project Managers with developing project plans, forecasting, and allocation of resources.
- Operations Meeting: Support Project Managers summarize project progress with accounting and serving as project controller.
