Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate and secure electrical projects in the commercial construction sector
  • Oversee project execution, from job setup to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Design-build according to NEC standards and electrical codes
  • Supervise and coordinate all project activities, including labor, materials, equipment, and tools
  • Select and manage subcontractors using standard agreements
  • Conduct job site surveys and attend project meetings as needed
  • Ensure projects comply with electrical, safety, and environmental codes
  • Respond to service calls and warranty issues promptly
  • Promote and maintain a safe, injury-free work environment
  • Manage project budgets, change orders, progress billings, and assist with payments

Qualifications

  • Experience working in healthcare required
  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in electrical construction (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience with CAD (a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license
