About the Role As an Electrical Engineer , you will design and develop electrical systems while collaborating with top professionals in the field. Youll work on electrical distribution, grounding, backup power, lighting control, fire alarm systems, and lightning protectionall contributing to cutting-edge infrastructure projects.Your expertise will be instrumental in performing system design calculations, analyzing distribution options, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards. Youll also prepare detailed design documents for power, lighting, and fire alarm systems, all while working closely with architects and engineers from various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Design electrical systems, including distribution, grounding, and backup power.
- Perform system design calculations and assess distribution options.
- Stay up-to-date with building codes and industry standards.
- Create detailed design documents for power, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers across multiple disciplines.
- Experience: 4+ years as an Electrical Engineer.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD; ability to create schematics, one-line diagrams, contract documents, and reports.
- Design Expertise: Electrical distribution, grounding, backup power, lighting control, fire alarm, and lightning protection systems.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with infrastructure projects and proficiency in Revit.
- Certifications: EIT or P.E. certification (or interest in pursuing).
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, collaborative problem solver with strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Passionate about sustainable and innovative design approaches.
