Senior Electrical Engineer, PE

Who You'll Work With

You will join one of our 45 offices in the US, be part of a committed team of over 1500 professionals, and work directly with our clients on projects shaping the world around us.

You'll be welcomed into a rapidly growing business and empowered to make an impact. You will join our Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) team, working with industry experts to deliver high-quality solutions to leading companies.

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Electrical Engineer, you'll support complex industrial design and EPC projects for manufacturing clients:

Design power distribution, motor control, lighting, and grounding systems

Create low (120V-480V) and medium (2.4kV-35kV) voltage system designs

Perform power system analysis using SKM or similar software

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors

Create electrical specifications and drawings

Lead projects through all design phases

Present to clients both in-person and virtually

Review contractor submittals and respond to RFIs

Conduct site observations during design and construction

What You'll Bring

(Qualifications Required)

12+ years of experience as an electrical engineer

Professional Engineering License (PE)

Experience delivering complex power distribution designs for facilities

Experience as Engineer of Record (EOR)

Strong working knowledge of the NEC

Expertise with electrical documentation and drawings

Expertise with detailed 480V single line diagrams and 120V panel schedules

Experience with conductor and conduit schedules, overhead cable tray schemes

Knowledge of lighting design for complex production spaces

Experience with integrated facilities design

Proficiency with REVIT, SKM, Visual, and other engineering software

Willingness to travel for site assessments and meetings

Microsoft Office proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
