Description
Full Time Electrician to undertake and perform a variety of tasks relating to installing and maintain electrical infrastructure at residential , commercial and industrial customer locations. This will involve installing and troubleshooting electrical gear, panels, conduits racks, electrical cable, equipment in an array of different types of buildings. We are looking for a responsible individual with great attention to detail, safety precautions and good communicators, both oral and written. Working conditions may be indoor or outdoor. Verifiable 2 to 3 years experience and/or training as an electrician.
Skills needed: Experience in residential and/or industrial and/or commercial electrical systems, installation , troubleshooting, upgrading of residential or commercial applications. This may include installing replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans , upgrading and/or repairing existing circuits with ground fault and/or arc fault protection. Assist in installation or replacement of utility poles and assembling equipment on the poles. Replace or repair outdoor lighting. Install, troubleshoot and repair underground and overhead wiring systems. Clear and concise documentation of repairs, modifications and materials used on job sites. Demonstrate the ability to use electrical specific tools, power tools, testing equipment, and hand tools. Ability to use and understand schematics, drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in conduit bending and installation of all types of conduit. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving ability. Operation of company vehicles and ability to tow trailers if necessary. Good physical condition and flexibility to work occasional long shifts. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record, and dependable personal transportation. Able to pass Security and Drug screening. Ability to work independently and with team members. Due to physical demands, you must be able to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel , balance and work on ladders and scaffolds safely. We adhere to ALL national, state and local building codes and electrical regulations.
We are looking for an indinidual that is honest, professional , competent, organized, attention to detail, dependable, thorough, team oriented, safety conscious, strong work ethic, self driven with minimal or no supervision.
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License, Good driving record, High school diploma or GED, 2-3 years experience in the electrical field, OSHA, MSHA, First aid/CPR certification .
