Installer Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and experienced Installer Lead to coordinate schedules for installers, lead a crew, and ensure that projects are on track and completed efficiently. This role requires a strong leader with the ability to work with hand and power tools and interpret work instructions and blueprints from the start. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate schedules for installation teams and lead a crew. + Ensure projects are on track and completed efficiently. + Work onsite at various office and healthcare settings. + Use hand and power tools to install and assemble high-end office furniture such as cubicles, tables, desks, filing cabinets, and chairs. + Interpret and follow blueprints and work instructions. + Assist in unloading trucks at the worksite. + Work on electrical panels and components, including AV equipment and TV installation. + Interact with clients when necessary. + Report to a foreman and collaborate within a team-oriented environment. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of previous experience leading a team, preferably in a military setting. + Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience in mechanical assembly and installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined with experience in carpentry, oil change, framing, auto, and construction. + General labor and mechanical skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The dress code includes black pants and, at some sites, steel-toed boots. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
