Manage, analyze, and assist executive staff with quarterly reporting on Design and Construction Portfolios. Manage estimating historical database utilized to perform trend analysis and cost projections. Provide technical assistance to client staff relating to portfolio data compilation, monitoring, and reporting. Provide data workflows and extraction for client project management software implementation team. Offer technical solutions to design and construction groups requiring assistance managing historical data. Support client management with tracking, monitoring and analyzing project performance data. Support client management with cost loaded project planning models utilized by executive staff for portfolio management. Work with strategic operations to develop tracking tools for strategic Design and Construction plan implementation. Develop and pilot the project for project controls, reports, and analysis of key performance indicators and associated tracking for successful completion of projects. Manage project plans, schedules, and monitoring of building construction, repair, and rehabilitation projects from planning stages through the completion of construction projects and contract management. Projects may include but will not be limited to rehabilitation, remodeling, and/or construction of correctional facilities, hospitals, state office buildings, state campuses, state parks, among others. Assure that proposals meet client needs, are within cost limitations, and project elements are completed per schedule. Communicate with Contractors and project team. Manage RFI's, change orders, contract document review, shop drawings, submittals/approvals and other technical matters. Manage forecast and cost scheduling. Manage change orders review and the review of payments. Manage project contract documents, codes, policies and procedures. Manage field memorandums and field directives. Up to 20% domestic travel. Standard corporate benefits.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field, and two (2) years of experience as Assistant Project Manager, Construction Claims Analyst, Civil Engineer intern, Geospatial Technician, or related role. Experience must include: Carried out Change Management process including inception of claims through review, negotiation, and closeout process using the Time Impact Analysis (TIA) approach thru P6- Primavera and Submittal Exchange. Oversaw project planning process including using AutoCad to determine quantities, create plans and specifications, and develop project schedule. Performed site inspections to determine daily work progress to ensure milestones' achievement, update plans and specifications, and review quality tests results. Utilized AutoCAD to create as-built plans, conciliation of project quantities, and complete project documentation to close out the project. Created maps through data processing, digitalization of information, and database management to provide clients with technical solutions for managing historical data.
