Houston, TX (Open to Remote Candidates Located in the U.S)

Known for their technical excellence and consistent growth, they're now looking for a motivated Roofing Estimator to strengthen their estimating team and play a key role in their growth journey.

In this role you'll produce competitive estimates for large-scale commercial roofing projects. You'll work closely with architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to analyze drawings, compile bid packages and ensure smooth project handovers. You'll receive full support from the estimating and operations team, with the freedom to take ownership of your estimates and input into project planning.

This role would suit a Commercial Roofing Estimator or similar construction estimating professional looking to step into a technically rewarding role, gain recognition for their expertise, and grow within a respected and forward-thinking organization.

The Role:

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects

Analyze project specifications, plans, and blueprints to calculate material and labor costs

Complete quantity takeoffs, budgets, and proposal packages

Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams for bid development

The Person:

Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator or similar pre-construction role

Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing, methods, and materials

Proficient in estimating software Edge, Xactimate, or similar

Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and technical drawings
