AssistA in fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittingsWelding daily- MIG, TIG, StickA WorkA with Journeymen to construct fabrications from customer drawings (involves custom fabricated items)Cutting, measuring, assembling, insulatingAssist with building maintenance (sweeping, shop clean up, organizing shop, etc.)GrindingLoading/unloading vehiclesTrain in the shop fabrication process Maintain a Lean working environmentWhat do you need to know?A Have strong math and reading comprehensionA Be self-motivated and self-accountableA Great attendance and strong work ethicA What's in it for you?
