Forklift Operator

Responsibilities Operate the forklift professionally and accident-free, ensuring all inspections are precise. Maintain and clean the forklift systematically. Track the location of goods continuously during material handling using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure accurate data entry. Perform additional manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead, including sampling, inventory, and cleaning. Keep the warehouse clean and tidy. During seed delivery and return seasons, ensure proper loading and unloading of transport vehicles with quality packages to meet customer expectations. Maintain safety standards and initiate emergency procedures when necessary. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1 year of forklift experience is preferred. 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred. Prior forklift certification is preferred. Must compliance check and other pre-employment screenings. Reliable transportation to the site and punctuality are required. Work Environment Work involves rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with up to 10-12 hours per day. Shift possibilities include Sunday-Thursday and Saturday-Friday, with a 2-3-2 rotation depending on the season. A shift differential of $3 ($22/hr ) is offered for hours worked between 2:00-10:00pm, and $2 ($21/hr) for hours worked between 10:00pm-6:00am. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
