Traveling Roofing Foreman

Foreman Job Description As a Foreman, you will supervise and coordinate roofing crews on commercial projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Your role will include conducting site inspections, performing quality control checks, managing project timelines and budgets, and effectively communicating with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Additionally, you will provide training and mentorship to crew members and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on commercial projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Manage project timelines and budgets. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Provide training and mentorship to crew members. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing. Proven leadership and supervisory skills. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. OSHA certification required. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 30 certification. Why Work Here?
