Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer - R D position include: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 5-8 years of mechanical design experience, especially in R D or custom machinery Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor for creating detailed fabrication and assembly drawings Hands-on experience with conveyor systems or structural steel machinery Ability to take designs from concept through to shop floor fabrication Strong creative thinking skills and a proactive attitudesomeone who can hit the ground running Must be fully on-site; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate Potential for growth into a management role over time Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
