Fiber Optic Network Construction Consultant

fiber optic network construction consultant (Arab Alabama) compensation: to be discussed after veiwing the scope of the project I am looking for a "consultant" to "hold my hand" in the design & construction of a tiny fiber optic network. I am constructing an RV park, and desire to run a fiber optic network connecting each site & video camera locations back to park office to connect to router & internet. ( 2 runs, ~500-600 ft, with a few shorter runs also.20-25 device connections I would trench & install cable, hand holes, etc. I have access to supplies & equipment. Consultant would advise me of what ever I do not have, and "how to do it". ( yes, that means to train me on how to make the connections).
