This includes managing work crews, coordinating materials and subcontractors, communicating with clients, and resolving job site issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of project execution. This is not an office position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise daily activities of remodeling crews across various job sites, using Company vehicle Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules Handle on-site issues and ensure projects stay on track Communicate regularly with homeowners, keeping them updated on progress Ensure work meets company standards and local building codes Oversee cleanliness, safety, and quality on each job site Provide daily updates and reports to company leadership Requirements: Experience in construction Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate diverse crews Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working on-site and lifting up to 50 lbs. when needed Services You'll Help Manage: Kitchen Remodels Bathroom Renovations Roofing and Siding Installation Window Replacement General Household Repairs Exterior Improvements (e.g., decks, trim work, additions) Principals only.
