Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed HVAC Technician position include: Must hold a valid S-2 Unlimited Journeyperson HVAC License in the State of Connecticut Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC service industry EPA 608 Certification and a clean, valid driver's license required Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R systems across a 33-building portfolio Conducts troubleshooting, inspections, and preventative maintenance using advanced diagnostic tools Works collaboratively with other maintenance team members and reports directly to the Facilities Manager Must be comfortable driving a company van and participating in a rotating on-call schedule Expected to maintain detailed service records, communicate effectively with clients, and follow all safety protocols Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Overtime is paid at 1.5x rate after 40 hours per week. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed HVAC Technician position include:
