Hiring Experience Carpenters for Pickup Framing work on a new home (Los Angeles) compensation: $26-30/hr We are seeking skilled and reliable Framing Carpenters with 4+ years of experience for full-time positions on residential and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities: Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials to construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs. Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and molding. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as necessary. Ensure all work meets building codes and safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of framing experience in residential and/or commercial construction. Proficiency with hand and power tools, including saws, hammers, and nail guns. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions.
