Handyman Needed (Palms/West L.A.) compensation: $50/hr. 2-hr. min. We own a mid-century, 9-unit building on the Westside. Looking for someone local to the area. Pay is $50/hr. with 2-hour minimum pay guaranteed. Most jobs between 3 and 5 hours. Carpentry, light plumbing and light electric skills experience/references preferred.
