Crew Lead - Log / Deck Builder

Top Notch is looking for a bilingual Lead Deck Builder/Log Crafter to joinour team. A crew lead is responsible for job layout, time tracking,controlling labor hours to complete the job within bid, directing the crewin building, joining in with construction labor, communicating with thejob estimator, and interfacing with clients on occasion. Crew leads shouldbe able to work alone but thrive working on a team and with others. Theposition does entail working outside, using a draw knife to peel logs,using chainsaws, requires lifting 60 lbs., climbing ladders/heights,driving 1.5 hours one way to job sites, and dedication to completing thework and carrying through for both our clients and our employees.
