Our projects range from luxury apartments to large-scale garden-style developments. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects with a focus on wood stick framing and site development. Position Summary: The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for the overall field operations of large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in wood-frame construction, site logistics, and managing multiple trades across complex, fast-paced job sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects, including site development and vertical construction. Oversee wood stick framing operations for garden-style apartment buildings. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Manage project timelines, daily reports, inspections, and punch lists. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Mentor and guide junior superintendents and field staff. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction. Proven track record managing ground-up multifamily projects, including wood-frame, garden-style developments. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and framing systems. OSHA 30 certification required. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
