POSITIONSUMMARY A Construction Project Manager will have responsibilities thatinclude, but are not limited to: Management Providing day-to-day projectmanagement of crews, equipment, and subcontractors on a wide variety ofwork from private and commercial contracts to state and federalcontracts. Maintaining daily project quantity records and monitoring jobcosts. Working with project owner/engineer to make field adjustmentsthat save time and money. Maintaining project schedules, monitoringmaterial needs and contract requirements. Completing project payapplications and invoices. Estimating Meeting with private and publiccustomers to understand scope of work and design projects. Reviewing biddocuments, complete quantity take-offs and develop production rates.Assisting Area/Division Manager in completing estimate and submission ofbids. Preparing and submitting all successful bid contract documents andensuring paperwork is properly executed. Quality Coordinating withmanagement, production crews and quality control department to ensure weare providing our customers with the highest quality products andservices every day. Safety We prioritize the safety and wellness of ourroad construction processes by following the Company\'s safety programsand policies, thus mitigating risk and improving overall productivity ofthe projects with safety at the forefront.
