Construction Laborers

PERIOD OF INTENDED EMPLOYMENT 4/15/25 - 12/15/25** Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities. Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed. Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures. Place, consolidate, or protect case-in-place concrete or masonry structures. Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixers. * Certain roles may require a valid driver's license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. * Workers may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing at no cost to the employee, with failure to comply or a positive test result leading to termination.
