REQUIRED SKILLS/TRAITS:
3-5 years of industrial welding experience.
The ability to read and interpret blue prints
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Self-motivated and hardworking
The physical ability to perform desired work
High moral standards, is committed to being honest and works with integrity
Safety Oriented
Customer Oriented -- Takes pride in fulfilling customers needs by finishing projects on time and with intense attention to detail
Enjoys working on many types of welding and fabrication projects
At least 18 years old
Has a valid driver's license
