This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: Powder Coat Production Laborer will be working in a fast pacedenvironment that utilizes state of the art equipment and conveyingsystems to move product through many different processes. This positionwill cross-train in many different areas such as loading and unloadingof parts, monitoring conveying system, shot blast equipment, and a fourstage wash system, understand how to mask parts for high qualitythroughput of product. Our quality and safety takes priority within ourorganization in order to meet our customers expectations.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB TASKS:**- The laborer position includes the following tasks: loading metal product onto rack systems for processing,```{=html}```- Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve the companys overall goals.- Must be able to operate appropriate equipment- training will be provided.- Must be able to conduct tests and inspections of products, services, and processes to evaluate quality and performance.- Cleanliness of equipment systems and environment is a key function to our overall quality. Must maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.- Must be able to cross-train supporting other functions or roles on an as needed basis.- Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day.- Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
