We value teamwork, innovation, and excellence, and we are dedicated to empowering our employees to thrive and grow.What Youll Be DoingLead HVAC project execution from pre-construction through turnover, overseeing scheduling, coordination, and manpowerSupervise field crews and subcontractors for sheet metal, piping, controls, and insulationMaintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalismTrack progress against timelines and update project schedules regularlyCoordinate with GC, trades, inspectors, and internal teamsReview and understand HVAC drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersForecast labor needs, manage material procurement, and minimize downtimeEnsure quality control and adherence to project specs and mechanical codesParticipate in project meetings, punch list walks, and closeout documentationThe Hiring ProcessWe have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person.
