Now hiring for Painter. Spherion of Massachusetts currently has Painter opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our Painter will be working a 2nd shift with limited required OT. The Painter will support our customers to paint parts and guide products onto the paint line to ensure proper flow and quality. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Paint parts and units as needed

Hang parts on the paint line in correct order

Operate lift, burn-off oven, and powder booth

Start up, maintain, and shut down paint equipment

Check parts for quality and finish

Follow safety and production guidelines

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Skills:
Good attention to detail

Team player with strong work ethic

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience with industrial painting or powder coating preferred

Able to lift, stand, and work with tools
