Carpenters Helper/Skilled Laborer

We're looking for a Carpenters Helper/Skilled Laborer to join our growing team in CT! If you're eager to learn, hard-working, and have a foundational understanding of construction, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Assist carpenters with various tasks, including framing, trim work, and demo.
Move materials and keep the job site clean and organized.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Perform general labor duties as needed to support the construction process.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications
Proven experience (1+ years) in a construction labor role, ideally assisting carpenters.
Familiarity with common hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required (we can help you get it!).
