Experienced Painter Needed

We are seeking a skilled, experienced and reliable painter to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of commercial and residential painting. Full time position, must be available for some late evening/night work.

Pay Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare surfaces for paint; scraping, sanding, caulking and light patchwork.
-Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to various surfaces.
-Keep areas clean and covered.
-Maintain brushes, rollers, and tools.
-Job Site Visits
-Photographing and documenting jobs

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a residential and/or commercial painter
-Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools.
-Ability to spackle and perform drywall patches (must be able to work with quick dry joint compound)
-Valid Driver's License
-Ability to match paint colors accurately
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
-Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, climbing, and lifting
-Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
-Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
