Concrete Paver Operator

We take pride in delivering high-quality work through skilled professionals and well-maintained equipment. We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Paver Operator to join our team.

Position Summary:
The Concrete Paver Operator is responsible for operating paver equipment used in the construction and resurfacing of concrete roads, highways, and other paved surfaces. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and experience with slipform pavers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate concrete paving machines (e.g., GOMACO or equivalent) to spread, level, and finish concrete.
• Monitor and control paving process to ensure uniformity, thickness, and proper alignment.
• Coordinate with crew members, including dump truck drivers, screed operators, and finishers.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate with foremen and project managers regarding job progress and adjustments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating concrete paving equipment.
• Strong knowledge of paving techniques, machine capabilities, and concrete behavior.
• Ability to read grade stakes, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• CDL a plus.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
