Job Purpose

Assist with performing all production related duties including setting up the machine, making splices, reading and understanding job orders, specifications, and the inventory system.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure proper handling of raw materials.
  • Disassemble and clean all support equipment (pumps, hoses, filter housings, etc.).
  • Assist with setting up equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain storage cabinets on assigned machine, restocking as needed.
  • Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to record and monitor material inventory.
  • Ensure quality metrics are followed. Improve machine efficiencies, reducing waste.
  • Maintain a safe work area by following all safety practices and completing safety checklist on a daily basis.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with department and cross-functional team members.
  • Perform any other duties that are assigned.

Work Schedule:

This position is for 2nd shift:

Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Total Compensation

The hourly rate for these skills is $21.00 per hour. This position is bonus eligible. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
