Per Se Group is working with an Atlanta-based commercial general contractor looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working on ground-up and renovations/TI commercial construction projects in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans
- Manage project teams including engineers and subcontractors
- Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs and more
- Create and maintain project schedules in coordination with Superintendent
- Maintain project documentation
- Adhere to project scope and budget
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience of Construction Project Management
- BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
- Ground-up or tenant fit out projects in the hospitality sector
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 depending on experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
