Architect (architectural project management exp. req.) Description

Our client is seeking an Architect to join their team in Everett, WA. In this critical role, you will work alongside their property management team on multi-housing building renovations and improvements while also supporting the ongoing construction of new developments. They are working on a new build every two years having already broken ground on their current project ($70M). To support this build, you will collaborate and guide the work of the architectural firms, interior designers, and subcontractors they partner with. Architect (architectural project management exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Serve as the project architect on smaller design and tenant improvement projects
• Use design software to create space planning concepts for office suites
• Collaborate with architectural firms, designers, and subcontractors on development projects
• Prepare and review project scopes and proposals for accuracy
• Review technical specifications and generate contract documents
• Conduct field visits to ensure projects are moving within time and quality standards
• Partner with property management teams on building renovations
• Support leasing agents by designing space planning concepts for office and retail suites
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Nurture a collaborative environment including mentorship and support

Architect (architectural project management exp. req.) Qualifications

• Architecture degree required
• 5+ years of post-degree architectural experience required
• Construction project management background required
• AutoCAD experience required
