Former general contractor is looking to hire two qualified carpenters to run a project in East Hampton.
It consists of :
1. stripping and installing cedar siding on a house. (see picture attached)
2. Remove existing pressure treated deck boards and replace 10 of them
3. Cut down to 4ft. two gate posts, removing the lamps by leaving the wire exposed to allow the electrician to install new lamps and cover with mahogany boards in front and back of the outside posts. (see picture)
Price for the project: $1,100.00
Estimated time to completion : 3 days
Materials provided by the us.
Should the job be executed clean and with high quality, many more projects are available during July & August
