Former general contractor is looking to hire one qualified tile layer to run a project in East Hampton.
It consists of :
1. removing/demo 8 tiles (size: 12x12) on a walkway (see picture) , prepare and level the ground, lay the tiles by using thin set or mixed sand, let dry, grout and clean the area.
2. Cut a 32" circular area on the same walkway, prepare and level the ground , install a marble medallion (see picture) by using mixed sand, thin set or Portland depending on the medallion thickness and durability , let dry, grout, to perfection and clean the area.
Price for the project: $400.00
Estimated time to completion : 1 to 1 1/2 days
Materials provided by the us.
Should the job be executed clean and with high quality, many more projects are available during July & August
