Traveling Foreman (Gun Range Clean Up)
Position: Traveling Foreman
Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)
Schedule: March–November (Off-season: December–February)
Compensation: Competitive pay + vehicle + full benefits (all travel expenses covered)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Traveling Foreman to oversee construction operations for gun range projects across the United States. This role is ideal for someone with a strong construction or operations background who enjoys traveling and leading a crew.
As a Traveling Foreman, you will lead a team of 4–5 crew members, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position requires hands-on involvement, including operating equipment like skid steers, managing crew schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel nationwide to oversee and manage gun range construction projects.
- Lead and supervise a crew of 4–5 team members.
- Operate and maintain skid steers and other equipment as needed.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and on-site logistics.
- Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
- Perform hands-on tasks alongside the crew to meet project goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in construction, operations, or related fields.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Equipment: Proficient in operating skid steers and other construction equipment.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for extended periods (March–November).
- Licenses: Class A CDL preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in varying conditions.
