Project Manager-Concrete

We are seeking a Concrete Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of paving projects with precision, safety, and efficiency.

• Manage all phases of concrete paving projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and crews to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery
• Oversee project scheduling, material procurement, and labor management
• Monitor field performance, jobsite safety, and quality control standards
• Prepare project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
• Lead on-site meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders

• 5+ years of project management experience in concrete or paving construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, paving techniques, and heavy equipment
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and large-scale projects
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) a plus
• OSHA certification and PMP or equivalent credentials are a plus
