Position Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and lead high-profile, complex construction projects from conception to completion. You will manage all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management. In addition, you will mentor junior project managers and collaborate with executives, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in driving the success of their projects and their company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project teams, including junior project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project scope, timeline, and resources.
• Provide expert guidance on construction methods, safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure effective communication across all project teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced team members, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects, ideally within the design-build sector.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
