MEP Superintendent – Commercial Construction Location: Atlanta, Georgia Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits

A nationally recognized General Contractor is actively seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial projects across sectors including data centers, healthcare, high-rise, life sciences , and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from preconstruction through closeout

• Coordinate closely with project management, field teams, and trade partners to drive schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality

• Lead inspections, testing, and commissioning efforts

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure full code compliance

• Serve as the go-to technical resource for MEP systems on site

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or MEP-focused Construction Supervisor

• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale projects

• Prior experience in mission-critical, healthcare, or high-rise construction is a strong plus

• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills

• Familiarity with BIM coordination, QA/QC, and MEP commissioning processes

• Ability to travel or relocate as needed for major projects
