Carpenter/Skilled Trades

Renovation Contractor is seeking experienced carpenters to perform the following duties to include some or all of the following trades: framing, trim carpentry, demo, concrete placement and finishing, paint and weatherproofing. The more of these trades that you have experience in and can perform the better.

Qualifications:

Must have basic tools to complete day to day work
Must be physically able to work construction; physically capable of heavy physical labor at times

Good communication skills

Ability to read (or learn to read) basic plans

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work M-F

Construction or field building management experience a must
