MIG Welder Location: Owosso, MI Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour, based on experience Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (Evaluations conducted during temporary period) We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our account's team in Owosso, MI. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of welding techniques. Candidates must pass an on-site weld test to demonstrate proficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Inspect welded structures to ensure quality and compliance with standards Operate welding equipment and tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow safety protocols and company guidelines Requirements: Prior MIG welding experience required Ability to pass an on-site weld test-must have weld gear Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual work ethic Reliable Transportation to and from-no bus route
