Qualification:
College Degree
10-15 Yrs experience in Manufacturing Industry

Required Skill Set:
1. Should be well trained on using computers and specifically on Excel Spread sheets
2. Experience of working with a Manufacturing facility in Sales / Marketing / Business Development Role
3. Contacts within Ag, Construction and Material Handling OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) is preferable
4. Knowledge of CNC Processes is desirable.

Major Job Description / Responsibilities:
Assist VP Business Development to devise strategy to achieve the annual / 3Y business development (BD) targets.
Identify and pursue leads to acquire potential new customers.
Build market position by developing, negotiating, and closing new business
Walk various AG/ Construction exhibitions on a regular basis to generate potential customer leads / opportunities.
Work towards generating new business opportunities from existing Customers.
Maintain a close follow-up from receipt of an RFQ, submission of quotes and to the award of the business.
Visit Customer locations for strengthening of existing Business relationship.
Ownership of quarterly Price roll calendar with Customers

Compensation range:
Starting at $65K + $10K (Bonus paid against KRAs/ MBOs)

Location of posting:
Eldridge, IA. However, Open to hybrid work arrangements for candidates having contacts within AG & Construction Equipment OEMs

Candidates Location:
Anywhere in USA. Relocation will be paid.
