A well-established general contractor is looking to hire three experienced Traveling Industrial Superintendents to lead major industrial projects valued at $50M+ . These are long-term, high-profile opportunities for construction leaders who are skilled at managing large-scale jobs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on industrial job sites

• Ensure safety, quality, and scheduling goals are met

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades

• Lead and mentor on-site teams

• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent (10+ preferred)

• Experience on $50M+ industrial projects required

• Background in tilt-wall, warehouses, manufacturing, or large site development

• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills

• Willing and able to travel throughout the Eastern U.S.

• Must be located east of the Mississippi

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary up to $135,000

• $750/month vehicle allowance

• 100% health insurance coverage (employee only)

• All travel paid

• Rotation: Home every 4 weeks
